The Law Firm is located in the heart of Vienna’s business district, the strategic centre between East and West in a unifying and expanding Europe. We are specialized in commercial, corporate and business law.

Dr. Michael Prager founded the law firm in 1993 and has proved that small units can effectively deliver excellent legal services to clients of any size including very large and prominent enterprises. The firm’s specialty is to handle complex litigation and sophisticated transactions, both Austrian as well as international.

The legal team is presently comprised of  three Attorneys at Law, all of them with education and/or working experience abroad, and also an Associate Attorney.  Sometimes an outside expert or a  foreign Attorney joins the team for some special projects. The legal team is dynamic with comprehensive experience and understanding of Austrian and international business practices.
