restructuring. We negotiate and draft a lot
of corporate and commercial contracts to assist
develop and expand the business of our clients.
We litigate
cases in many forums from administrative tribunals to trial courts. We have
reached many Supreme Court Decisions in civil, commercial and public law matters
in favour of our clients, some of them landmark decisions discussed in leading
Austrian Law Journals.
Besides counselling
and representing Austrian clients in their home base we assist some of them in close cooperation with law firms abroad to get
their goals accomplished in foreign jurisdictions. For most of our
international clients, we concentrate in representing their interests in the
Austrian market.
